La Casa

In summary

Very beautiful contemporary property of 250 m2 on 2000 m2 of private wooded land. Completely open on the outside with a beautiful luminosity, it offers a fitted kitchen, a dining room and lounge, 7 bedrooms spread over three areas. Please note the villa will not accept more than 8 adults simultaneously.

The villa is located at the far end of the island, in the forest of Trousse-Chemise and close to the Trousse-Chemise Golf Course (18 holes). Enjoying an absolute calm, come and enjoy the heated swimming pool and the garden, delivering the scents of the pines.
Villa Aurore is one of our real favourite.

This luxurious villa includes a very large living room with a TV lounge & fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with its back kitchen and dining area. The living room opens onto the outside and the wooden terraces and brings a great deal of light to the place and a privileged space for relaxation.

Outdoors

Exceptional space adjacent to the Trousse Chemise forest. The setting is idyllic and very cosy.
You can also enjoy a tennis court. (In summer season, tennis is shared with other houses. A shared reservation schedule is set up).
Heated and secure 14x3 meters swimming pool, outdoor shower, lounge area, summer lounge, parking for 2 vehicles.

Location

For golf lovers, the villa is located 1 kilometre from the Golf de Trousse-Chemise and its 18 holes.

Notes :

- The maximum number of adults permitted in this villa is 8.
- The maximum capacity of the house is 12 people (adults, children and babies combined).
- Cleaning for 3 hours, 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
- In this house it is required to take our insurance for property damage (2.5% of the rental amount). Please inquire with us.

- per favore nota che la temperatura dell'acqua della piscina vari in funzione delle condizioni meteorologiche, stesso con una pompa a caldo potente.

Amazing location in the woods and very close to beautiful beach. Plenty of space, excellent open plan living area.

Amaya from Villanovo was very responsive and helpful.

Details but they count: quality of china, there wasn't soap in all the bathrooms, several people walked into the glass door (very clean which is lovely, but a sticker would be helpful for safety). Also the china was difficult to access: the doors hang low and can pinch the toes, several people banged their head on the overhanging work surface!
Astrid the chef was a bit of a disappointment. While she's very lovely and nice to have around, the quality of her cooking wasn't always great (very tough lamb and beef in particular), she got quantities really wrong (4 small prawns per person one day, huge amount of mussels and beef on another day, not enough vegetables most days despite me asking repeatedly for more vegetables). We found it hard to believe it took a professional chef 6 hours to produce the mostly very simple meals she did.
