Indoors
The interior is a visual cocoon. The tone is resolutely that of minerality and warm colors, which sublimate this house.
You enter through a door in old wood and wrought iron, made by a passionate local carpenter. We discover the universe of the decorator where lime dominates the walls.
On the terrace level is the open and fully equipped kitchen where wood, travertine and lime are combined. Meals are shared on a 3-metre table made of hammered wrought iron and burnt wood in the style of Versailles, set off by white linen chairs and silk hanging lamps.
Two living rooms are available to the inhabitants: a living room-fireplace with its sofas and its window framed on Saint-Paul or a TV lounge with its linen sofas and its 4-metre bay window with a beautiful view.
Outdoors
As soon as you arrive, the gate sets the tone: in hammered wrought iron, tailor-made and created especially for the house, it reveals the cactus garden and the stone paving.
The exterior lighting of the house has also been designed to enhance this harmonious plant ensemble, but also the property which features magnificent wall lights created by a Greek artist. A home automation system makes it possible to manage the lighting zones according to individual preferences.
The villa is conducive to contemplation and relaxation. The swimming pool of 10 meters by 5 meters supplied with salt water extends the large terrace. With its submerged beach, they overlook panorama that you can't get enough of: the mythical village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence in the foreground; the sea, Cap d'Antibes and the Estérel in the background.
There, by the pool on an aged teak deckchair, sunbathing has a special flavor. Just like the moments of relaxation under one of the beach umbrellas. Unless you prefer the calm of the deckchairs below, in the shade of the olive trees. Or the comfort of an outdoor canopy bed for resting. Because necessarily, a villa with large dimensions and different levels offers varied options, for all tastes. For example, the petanque ground surrounded by greenery, conducive to lively games at the end of the day.
Staff & Services
The rental of the house includes linen and towels, maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool. Guests can also benefit from additional services, on an optional basis and at an extra cost, such as a cook/chef, a driver with car and a baby-sitter...
To cover the final cleaning a compulsory payment of 200 € in cash will be required on the day of your arrival at the villa. This amount will be given to the villa manager who will welcome you.
Location
The villa is located in a private domain between the village of St Paul de Vence and its twin town Vence in the Alpes Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur region. Cagne sur mer and the nearest beach are 2km away, Vence is 6.5km away, St Paul de Vence is 5km away and Nice airport is 16km away.
The ski resort of Isola 2000 is 80 km away, which allows you to enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate but also to go skiing during the day.
Its exceptional geographical situation makes it a place where you can come all year round because each season offers perspectives beyond your imagination.

Due to the architecture of the villa, it is very dangerous and therefore not suitable for children under 8 years old. For stays with children from 8 to 18 years old, a discharge of responsibility must be signed by the client at the time of booking.
