Indoors 

The house offers a spacious, light-filled living room, where every space exudes modernity and refinement. The lounge area is bathed in natural light. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art VZUG (It is not a "semi-professional" kitchen.).
The four elegantly decorated suites ensure you enjoy peaceful nights.
Please note that the villa is equipped with a lift.


Outdoors 

The villa's outdoor spaces are centred around five terraces totalling 280 m², ideal for enjoying spectacular views of Ajaccio Bay and the Corsican mountains. The infinity pool* (16 x 4m - depth: 0.15 to 1.9m) is the perfect place to relax, while the Kamado Weber barbecue promises convivial outdoor dining. Sun loungers, private parking for four vehicles complete the offer.

* The swimming pool can be heated upon request in advance and at an additional cost, except during the summer period of July/August.

The villa's concierge service, available 24/7, can assist you and cater to your every need: private chef, personalised transfers, organisation of sea trips, in-home massages, and more.
You can also take advantage of a breakfast/newspaper delivery service (cost of products not included).
The cleaning service includes: mid-week cleaning and a full clean at the end of your stay.

Ideally located 500 metres from a sandy beach, the villa is close to local amenities (supermarket, bakery, chemist). The region, prized for its authentic atmosphere and superb beaches, allows you to easily explore Ajaccio and the splendours of the Corsican coastline, while offering the tranquillity of a preserved environment.
