  • Bedroom 3: 140 x 200 cm double bed, fitted wardrobe;
  • Bedroom 4: 1 set of 90 x 190 cm bunk beds, 2 90 x 190 cm single beds, 1 90 x 190 cm pull-out bed;
  • Bathroom 2: shower with extra-flat tray, double sink unit;
  • Separate WC;

Indoors 

The interior of the chalet is designed for comfort and conviviality. The bright living room, with its double-height ceiling, is equipped with sofas, armchairs and an HD television.
The open-plan kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and appliances for preparing regional specialities.

The four bedrooms are welcoming: two with double beds, a third with a smaller double bed and a family room with bunk beds and single beds. 
You will also have access to a games room and a spa with a Jacuzzi (4 people).


Outdoors 

The chalet, facing south and east, has a balcony with outdoor furniture, ideal for admiring the view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Located in a quiet hamlet of traditional chalets, the exterior ensures a peaceful and authentic atmosphere.


Staff & Services

The chalet's service includes beds made on arrival and towels provided. Electricity charges are payable on departure, offering transparent cost management.


Location

In the heart of Pra-Loup 1500, the chalet is located just 50 metres from the Molanès cable car, providing easy access to the ski slopes. The village of Barcelonnette and the Bois Chenu golf course are only 10 minutes away, allowing you to enjoy a variety of activities.

The chalet has parking spaces in front of the entrance as well as a public car park nearby, offering several options for getting around.
