A spacious living room opens fully onto the terrace, extending the view over the Adriatic. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an island and breakfast bar, flows directly into the formal dining room to facilitate shared meals.
Each of the five suites features an en-suite bathroom with an Italian shower. In total: six full bathrooms plus a guest toilet.
A Finnish sauna provides moments of relaxation.
Outdoors
The main terrace surrounds the heated infinity pool, flanked by sun loungers and parasols. Nearby, an al fresco dining area, a built-in barbecue and a summer kitchenette offer maximum comfort for enjoying the climate.

Staff & Services
The offer includes a personalized welcome, daily housekeeping and linen change twice a week. Daily maintenance of the pool and garden is also provided, along with VAT and tourist tax. Additional services can be arranged, such as pre-stocking, transfers, a private chef, a butler, a babysitter and wellness treatments. Activities and excursions, a personal trainer or boat rental can also be organized to enhance your stay.
Location
The property is located in Orašac, a coastal village 1.2 km from a public beach and 2 km from a restaurant-bar. Dubrovnik Old Town is 15 km away (about 15 minutes by car), the main port at 13 km and the airport at 30 km. A bakery is 1.2 km from the villa, and the Sun Gardens Resort complex at 1.5 km. The surroundings offer a blend of swimming, sea excursions and cultural discoveries.
