Villa layout
This villa of shimmering glass walls is arranged in a U-shape that brings focus to the central pool and majestic sea views. Set just behind the 25-metre pool, Essenza’s open-plan living area features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide open fully to let the ocean breezes flow through. All areas of the villa – inside and out – are accessed via this pivotal space. On one side, the TV room leads to the villa’s single-storey wing with three bedrooms including a master suite that extends along the pool’s length towards the sea. The dining area and guest kitchen are on the ground floor of the two-floor wing opposite, with a second master suite and two guest bedrooms upstairs.

Indoor living
Essenza’s living areas are thoughtfully designed to blend the villa’s sleek interior spaces with the exquisite tropical surrounds, allowing for ease of movement and airflow. Centrally positioned under a peaked roof is the living room, furnished with a sumptuous sofa for relaxing in cool comfort while gazing across the pool and sea.
