Living spaces unfold beneath a vast veranda facing the sea, where the lounge flows naturally into a sheltered dining area. The flow is seamless, the volumes airy, and light pours through the house. Inside, an air-conditioned lounge provides a quiet refuge to read, watch a film, or work in cool comfort. The chef’s kitchen sits close to the living areas to serve meals at any time of day.


Outdoors 

At the center of the garden, the pool frames the horizon. The lawn meets the beach and leads to a shoreline edged by a natural reef, with a section suitable for swimming just a few steps away. Covered terraces set the rhythm of the day, from shaded breakfasts to dinners to the sound of the waves. Access is private and parking is on the property, for easy arrivals (off-street secure parking for up to 4 cars).


Staff & Services

A villa manager coordinates your stay alongside a dedicated team (Chef, assistant chef, butler, housekeeping staff, gardener and security guard). Meals are prepared to order from a refined menu and served wherever you wish. Daily housekeeping and maintenance are provided. Additional services can be arranged to suit your needs.


Location

Talpe lies on Sri Lanka’s south coast, very close to Galle and its heritage-listed fort. Allow around 22 minutes and 10 km to reach Galle Fort. Unawatuna and its restaurants are 10 minutes away, or 5 km. The Habaraduwa Sea Turtle Hatchery is 4 minutes away, about 3 km. Colombo International Airport is around 2 hours (155 km). Yala and Udawalawe are reached in 2 hours 30 minutes, around 145 km.
