This private luxury villa is nestled on the East coast of Praslin. Situated near the Anse Gouvernement beach, among the mythical Seychelles granite blocks, this sumptuous property of 5,300 square metres is an oasis of peace and serenity.

The villa has five bedrooms. The main house has 3 bedrooms and a beautiful pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Two separate bedrooms each have their own small private infinity pool. The villa is ideal for larger families or groups of friends up to 10 adults and 2 children.

Everything you need is available. Staff and chef will discuss daily with you to create the menu (breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price). The villa has a wine cellar. Yoga sessions can be organised, privileged access to the spa of the famous Raffles Hotel can also be arranged. You may want to play a round of golf on the famous course of the Constance Lemuria Resort.

An automatic gate is used to secure the surroundings. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with an alarm system covering the living areas and all rooms have an individual safe.

0-2 years  : Free
2 + years : from 75 euros/day
Adults : 150 euros/day

Snorkeling equipment available. Free kayaks, pedal boats and a paddleboard available.
A private 36 foot speedboat is available for rental with skipper (payable locally : 1200€ for one half day and 1800€ for one full day)
A sport coach can give sport classes and he is also the one in charge of organising excursions locally.


Location

The closest beach is 30m away and it is called L'Anse Bernetier. The house is situated on Eden island, it is an exclusive and luxury island. 
It is highly recommended to rent a car in Seychelles (or a taxi for the day). For Eden Island, an electric car, such as a golf car, is mandatory. To drive outside of the island, it is better to rent a car.
