Indoors
The villa is arranged across two distinct sections.
The main building:
This houses five of the eight bedrooms, including a master suite, all with en-suite bathrooms. The living spaces are arranged around a sitting room with a fireplace, a dining room seating sixteen, and a fitted kitchen. A study and a piano occupy a separate space. The lower level houses a private cinema room fitted with a sofa and television, as well as a hammam and a massage room with two treatment tables.
The second part of the estate (independent, with separate entrances):
This comprises three duplex suites on the first floor. This wing also houses a gym.
Wifi is available throughout the property, along with a multi-room sound system, a library of board games and books.
Outdoors
The estate spans close to 14,000 m² of grounds, combining a large lawned garden, olive trees and a Mediterranean-style dry garden. Several terraces make it possible to enjoy the region's climate at different times of day, in addition to a rooftop offering open views over the Atlas range.
The property also has two swimming pools:
- The first, an infinity pool with chlorine filtration (25 x 8 m — depth: 0.4 to 1.7 m). It cannot be heated.
- The second, a swimming lane (27 x 2.1 m — depth: 0.3 to 1.5 m), can be heated on request, for an additional charge.
The main pool area is fitted with sun loungers and two outdoor showers. An outdoor dining area for sixteen guests complements an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue and an ice machine. Parking is available for up to eight cars.
Staff & Services
A caretaker lives permanently on the property, in separate accommodation. A housekeeper comes in daily.
Breakfast is included in the price.
For other meals, the villa can offer a half-board or full-board arrangement (this must be requested at the time of booking).
If you opt for half-board or full-board:
You cover the cost of the groceries (plus a €30 charge for the shopping trip). Household staff take care of the shopping and cooking with the ingredients purchased. In addition, the cook's service is charged at €150/day.
Location
The villa lies around 19 kilometres from central Marrakech, along the Route d'Amizmiz — around a twenty-minute drive. Marrakech-Menara Airport is a comparable distance away. Set in open countryside, away from the bustle of the city, the property enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining close to the region's shops, restaurants and golf courses, all around fifteen minutes away.
