Located in a privileged area in the medina of Marrakech, Riad Hel'lo is a traditional courtyard house with a breathtaking view on the Atlas mountains. This authentic Riad with a modern architecture is very spacious and bright. Designed to accommodate one or more families or groups of friends, it has 8 charming bedrooms. House staff is working daily at your service to ensure you have a wonderful stay.


Indoors

The riad features 8 bedrooms, 5 of which can be double or twin as needed.
The bedrooms are distributed over a soothing white Moroccan courtyard. All have en-suite bathrooms (with shower, hairdryer and bath amenities), safe and free wifi.

- Bedroom 1: SUITE - Double or twin room. This room has a sitting area overlooking the patio where you can enjoy a cup of tea in privacy and a bathroom with tadelakt shower. Possibility to add an extra bed (for 30€/night) or a baby bed (for 10€/night). Size of the room: 18m2

- Bedroom 2: COMFORT - Double or twin beds. This very cocooning room has a view on the patio and a bathroom with tadelakt shower. Possibility to add an extra bed (for 30€/night) or a baby bed (for 10€/night). Size of the room : 12m2

- Bedroom 3: COMFORT - Double or twin beds. The originality of this room lies in its long bathroom. Very cosy, it overlooks the patio. Size of the room: 12m2

- Bedroom 4: SUITE - Double bed only. This room, with its celestial blue colours, has a sitting area where you can enjoy the view of the patio while sipping tea. It also has a bathroom with a tadelakt shower. Possibility to add an extra bed (for 30€/night) and a baby bed (for 10€/night). Size of the room : 18m2

- Bedroom 5 : ECONOMIC - Double bed only. This colourful room is located on the ground floor of the Riad with direct access to the patio. It has a bathroom with tadelakt shower. Possibility to add an extra bed (for 30€/night) or a baby bed (for 10€/night). Size of the room : 15m2

- Bedroom 6: FAMILY SUITE - Triple room with double bed and single bed. This royal blue room is the most spacious in the Riad. It is located on the first floor and has a window overlooking the outside. It has a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet in tadelakt. Possibility to add an extra bed (for 30€/night) or a baby bed (for 10€/night). Room size: 40m2

- Bedroom 7: DELUXE - Double or twin room. This ethnic room is located on the terrace of the Riad and has a window that looks out onto the outside. It has a bathroom with a tadelakt shower and separate toilet. Possibility to add an extra bed (for 30€/night) or a baby bed (for 10€/night). Room size: 27m2

- Bedroom 8: DELUXE - Double or twin room. This room is located on the Riad's terrace with a view of the sunset. It has a spacious bathroom with tadelakt and green zellige shower and separate toilet. Possibility to add a baby bed (for 10€/night). Room size: 16m2

One of the ground floor rooms (without window) is for the use of the staff.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 16 adults and we can add 4 extra beds for children.


Outdoors

There is a heated swimming pool on the terrace (3 x 3m) for a moment of relaxation or to contemplate the sunset with a breathtaking view of the mountains.
The beautiful terrace has several well laid out areas, perfect for :
- Relaxing by the heated swimming pool on the deckchairs or on the beds,
- Relaxing under the shade sail, 
- Lunch and/or dinner on a large table near the summer kitchen on request (price per lunch excluding drinks: 20€; price per dinner with aperitif 30€ excluding drinks) 
- Have a drink around a large coffee table in a warm and friendly atmosphere.


Staff & Services

A team of 4 people (a manager, a 24-hour night watchman, a housekeeper and a cook) will be entirely dedicated to making your stay a fabulous one. 
The price includes the brakefast.


Location

The riad is located in the Kasbah area in Marrakech.
15 minutes from the airport, a few minutes walk to Palais Badi and Palais Bahia.
