Bedrooms
Each bedroom has its own unique décor. Woven textiles, tadelakt and zellige reflect Moroccan authenticity.
Room 1 - Paprika :

Indoors
The interior spaces of the riad offer an elegant, refined and welcoming setting. The lounge invites you to relax, while the bhou on the first floor is the perfect place to read or enjoy a cup of tea. The dining room brings young and old together around the table, surrounded by tasteful décor combining antique objects, fine materials, natural colours and local craftsmanship.
Outdoors
The central tree-lined patio, a true haven of freshness, offers rest and privacy. On the 65 m² rooftop, enjoy an exceptional view of the medina, relax on the sunbeds or in the pool* (2.5 x 2.25 m - depth: 0.8 m), or share a meal thanks to the summer kitchen. The bhou awaits you in the shade, where you can read a book or enjoy a drink away from the heat.
* The pool is heated to 25°C (temperature may vary depending on weather conditions) from December to March.
Staff & Services
The on-site staff takes care of the riad's daily maintenance. Your rooms will be tidied up every day (i.e. the room will be freshened up, the bed will be made and the bathroom will be cleaned). As the riad is committed to eco-responsibility, bed linen is only changed on request. Bath towels will be changed halfway through your stay for your comfort.
Upon request and for an additional fee, the riad can prepare your meals:
Two breakfast options (served between 9am and 11am) are available:
- Beldi: raïb yoghurt, milletrous pancakes, m'semmen, Moroccan bread, honey, jam, butter and sugar, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit basket, coffee and tea (from €6 per person).
- Habibi: raïb yoghurt and granola, milletrous pancakes, m'semmen, Moroccan bread, honey, jam, butter, sugar and amlou, freshly squeezed seasonal fruit juice or milkshake, prepared fruit salad, eggs, jben and acai bowl, Nespresso coffee, tea (from €11 per person).
There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the summer kitchen, so we suggest you bring your own pods if you wish.
For your other meals, the following catering options are available:
- "À la carte" formula: You don't have to worry about shopping for ingredients, as we take care of that for you:
- Starter + main course or main course + dessert: from £20 per person.
- Starter + main course + dessert: from £25 per person.
Please note: breakfasts and other meals must be ordered the day before.
Location
Located in a peaceful haven within Dar El Bacha, the riad enjoys a privileged location in Marrakech. Antique shops, museums, boutiques, as well as the Spice Market, Jemaa el-Fna and the Koutoubia Mosque are all within walking distance. This property offers you the luxury of peace and authenticity just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the medina, in a family-friendly, secure and well-lit alleyway.
Notes:
- For your comfort and safety, the riad is equipped with surveillance cameras located at the exterior and interior entrances, in the patio and on the rooftop.
- The riad does not have a payment terminal.
- Only guests listed on the booking are allowed access to the riad.
- The organisation of festive events is prohibited.
- For Moroccan couples or if at least one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality, a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at check-in.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring locals (Moroccan girls or boys) to the riad for any purpose whatsoever, under penalty of prosecution and sanctions under Moroccan law. In the event of non-compliance with the booking conditions, we will be forced to ask you to leave the house without compensation or refund for your stay.

- Le riad est exceptionnel, très bien placé, les équipements (climatisation en particuliers) fonctionnent extrêmement bien et la décoration, le mobilier sont de très bon goût et de très bonne qualité (literie en particuliers).
- Une mention spéciale à Khaoula pour son accueil, sa cuisine fabuleuse et sa disponibilité à tout moment.
En synthèse, ce fût une merveilleuse expérience.
