Villa Platana, situated on the plains of central Mallorca, surrounded by almond groves and pine trees and just a five minute drive from the lovely town of Sineu, offers you plenty of privacy and fantastic views.

The home is on a single level with an interior that is rich in pine and high quality wooden furniture. The minimalist Scandinavian style can be felt throughout the whole property making it an inviting place to stay. South facing, the front of the property leads directly onto the terrace and pool area, and also allows for breathtaking rural vistas.

The swimming pool is of ample size and features a children’s paddling pool within it.

The terrace is perfect for enjoying a barbecue and “al fresco” dining, or just simply enjoying the total peace and quiet that this property offers.


Accommodation:
West wing: open plan kitchen / dining area containing a fridge freezer, 4-ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table for 8 people.

There are two double bedrooms (queen size bed 1.60m x 2.00m) sharing a glass-tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Centre: there is a living room with large cushions on the floor, a coffee table, and a library which can also be used as a playroom for children.

East wing: there are two double bedrooms (queen size bed 1.60m x 2.00m) sharing a glass-tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All rooms have sliding doors and lead out onto the covered terrace and pool area.

Grounds: There is a second dining table and sun loungers beside the private swimming pool.

Location:
Just two kilometres away from the villa is the the vibrant town of Sineu, with plenty of grocery stores, bars and several notable restaurants. A food and livestock market is held here every Wednesday. 

Although the nearest beach is a 30 minute drive away, Platana's location in the centre of the island means that you can explore the picturesque rocky coves of the West one day, or sunbathe on the flat sandy beaches further South the next.​
