Indoors
Recently renovated, the house exudes comfort and style. Two bright living rooms with fireplaces, a cosy TV corner, a large dining room for ten people and a modern, fully equipped kitchen provide the perfect place to relax after excursions or days spent by the pool. The whole house is tastefully decorated in a contemporary Moroccan style, combining local craftsmanship with modern touches. The house has fibre optic Wi-Fi and IPTV access.

Set in beautifully landscaped grounds, the swimming pool* (10 x 5 m - depth: approx. 1.5 to 1.6 m) is perfect for relaxing and socialising, surrounded by furnished terraces, two outdoor lounges and an al fresco dining area. The 1,000 m² garden is maintained daily and offers great privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.
The "Domaine" (estate) where the villa is, is flower-filled and very well maintained. They include: a clay tennis court (you will receive one hour free per day), a pétanque court, swings for children, and a spa (hammam, massages, treatments, hairdresser - prices on request).
* The swimming pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost (if this option is chosen, 3 days of pre-heating will be required).

- Requests for lunch/dinner must be made at least one day in advance.
- A menu is provided. You must choose a single menu for the entire table.
- Breakfast and lunch are served by the housekeeper. Dinner is prepared but not served (the table will be set). A housekeeper is available for evening service upon request and at an additional cost.
Location
The villa enjoys an exceptional location: just 15 km from the centre of Marrakech, in the highly secure and peaceful Domaine Akhdar, renowned for its architecture designed by Charles Boccara. The medina of Marrakech can be reached quickly by car or organised transfer, combining privacy with easy access to the Red City.
You are also just a few minutes away from the region's main golf courses (Amelkis, Le Royal, Al Maaden), while enjoying the serenity of a private estate. At the same distance, you will also find several luxury hotels (including Oberoi, Mandarin Oriental, Amanjena) for an aperitif, lunch, dinner, refreshments by the pool, or treatments at the hammam and sports and relaxation club.
A few hundred metres away, a douar (village) offers all kinds of basic supplies in traditional shops. A 10-minute drive away on an excellent dual carriageway, a hypermarket allows you to stock up on more specific products or European standards.
