Indoors
The property covers 2 hectares of land and consists of three historic buildings and La Shala (a multidisciplinary space ideal for training sessions, meetings, yoga or pilates classes, dance, meditation, etc.).
The main house, built around 1772, is a traditional Cantabrian manor house, with imposing stone walls and majestic wooden beams. It is spread over 3 floors and has 4 common rooms and 8 bedrooms (each with private bathroom and desk). There is also a large dining room, where you can enjoy a good and friendly meal together.
Outdoors
You can enjoy the pleasant covered terrace and the large beautiful garden, dominated by a 300-year-old cedar of Lebanon (catalogued and protected by the community of Cantabria). An impressive magnolia tree, as well as other magnificent oak and beech trees, contribute to making this garden a unique place.
By crossing the wall that delimits the garden of the manor house, you will be able to access the meadow (on request), one hectare of completely open land. Here you will find the organic vegetable garden and the Shala, an open room of 70 m2 ready for all kinds of activities (also available on request).

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as breakfast service, cleaning service, bicycle rental, yoga lessons, as well as other activities.
