Room, view of countryside. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also office table, closet.

Room 3
Room, direct access to the terrace, terrace view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub with shower head, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also shower and bathtub, closet.


Indoors 

This villa is a perfect place to spend a pleasant stay, thanks to its stylish and sophisticated interiors, its spacious open-plan living areas, its three sumptuous bedrooms, and its living room with elegant sofas and a big dining table for all the family. A central hallway, with an impressive straw rooftop, connects the different rooms of the house.


Outdoors​ 

The house is surrounded by greenery, thick trees and flowers. The pretty terrace is ideal to rest on the sun loungers after a refreshing moment in the swimming pool. It is also the perfect place to enjoy the evening breeze while watching at the landscape or the stars. 


Staff & Services

The villa offers its guests the possibility of various additional services, such as housekeeping, baby equipment (cot/high chair), additional bed, chef services, bikes,  Buggy Can-Am Traxter HD10 Max (6 People)...
The final housekeeping is not included in the price and is mandatory.


Location

The Sativa villa is ideally located in Carvalhal enabling the hosts to explore the beautiful local area and access easily many sea-front restaurants and designer shops. The lovely Carvalhal beach is only 10 minutes walk away from the house.
