Indoors 

The Villa is designed to offer maximum comfort to its guests. The spacious living room with open fireplace and open kitchen invites convivial moments with family and friends. A large screen television is also available for your entertainment. The 4 en-suite bedrooms and shared bathroom are equipped with air conditioning, heated floors and thermal and acoustic insulation. Large windows and unobstructed views add a modern touch to the property.

The 4 en suite bedrooms offer a haven of peace and comfort after a long day of activities. The decoration is tasteful and elegant, with quality bedding to ensure a restful sleep.


Outdoors​ 

The house has a large porch with a dining table, sofas and a relaxation area, ideal for enjoying the natural surroundings. The large garden and wooded areas invite you to relax and contemplate, while the large swimming pool (4.5x12m) will delight swimming enthusiasts. The proximity of the beaches and nature also allows you to discover the surroundings on foot or by bike.

Note: a palisade fence surrounds the plot for added privacy.

Villa Moka is located between Carvalhal beach and Comporta, offering an ideal location to enjoy the tranquillity of the area while being close to the local attractions. The beach is only 800 metres away, and various amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops are within minutes of the villa. The house is also within easy reach of the train station (45 km) and airport (131 km), as well as the nearest golf course (29 km).
