The Villa, designed by architect Miguel de Almeida, offers a unique experience with its breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside and pine forest. 
Thanks to its large windows, it creates a perfect osmosis between inside and outside.
You'll find comfortable, convivial living spaces, an open-plan kitchen, six independent suites for up to fourteen guests, and a separate television area.
The carefully selected decor highlights the talents of local craftsmen and artists, creating an authentic atmosphere that is characteristic of the Comporta region.


Outdoors 

Surrounded by a landscaped garden, the house has several outdoor areas.
There is a heated, salt-filled infinity pool (11m x 6m; 1.4m deep) with sun loungers on the terrace.
The property also boasts an outdoor kitchen equipped with a plancha (gas), fridge and sink, perfect for socialising with family and friends.
You'll also find a breakfast area, a roof terrace with sofas and a brazier to make the most of the sunset over the ocean.


Staff & Services

For your convenience, the villa offers a 3-hour daily maid service every morning from Monday to Friday included. The residential complex is secured with 24-hour surveillance, guaranteeing absolute tranquillity. Pool heating is included in the rental price.

Nearby, you'll find the charming Pego beach.
The centre of Carvalhal can be reached in just 2 minutes by car, offering a variety of amenities, picturesque restaurants and trendy boutiques such as the Fashion Style concept store and the Stork by Jacques Grange decorating boutique.
Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to discover the Dunas course, just 10 minutes from the villa by car, and the Troia Golf Course, 15 minutes away.
