Thoughtfully positioned to take full advantage of its elevated location, this exquisite seven bedroom mansion offers a panoramic view that extends all the way to the mountainous backbone of Albania and the azure expanse of the Ionian.

Villa Fernando reflects the modern architectural trends of Corfian holiday homes, an elegant blend of traditional elements and neoclassical design. Surrounded by lush gardens, the outdoor areas offer a number of terraces with several spots for lounging about and enjoying the sounds of nature. The main terrace features a comfortable lounge and a generous dining area, as well as a large infinity pool with integrated Jacuzzi, comfortable sun beds, all with awe-inspiring views to the seascape. At night-time, hidden lights transform the outdoors, granting the scenery with an enchanting, romantic quality. A winding path, which is lit by night, winds down to a secluded cove which is accessible only by boat. The beach is equipped with comfortable sun beds, a BBQ with an outdoor solar heated shower, toilet and a fridge.

Great attention has been given to the quality of the materials used both in the exterior and the interior, from the fine Italian marbles that are used for the floorings and bathrooms, to the designer furniture and the impressive Swarovski chandelier that decorates the foyer. The living areas are spacious and luxurious, with high ceilings and numerous openings that offer breathtaking views of the sea and the gardens. The decoration is neoclassical with a French twist. The palette is quiet, with white and tones of beige that create an ultimately relaxing environment. The living room is large, with comfortable sofas and tall French windows that overlook the Ionian. The adjacent dining area is served by a large, professionally equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, with rich upholstery and comfortable beds.

The mansion has seven bedrooms, yet the owners prefer to host up to 10-12 guests. There is a mooring that can host yachts up to 80ft. Also, it should be noted that the interior of the villa is non-smoking.
