Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Note: Room 4 is accessible via a narrow staircase and is not recommended for young children.


Indoors 

The house extends over 160m² and offers a large living room bathed in light, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool, a TV lounge, a laundry room and four beautiful bedrooms.
You will appreciate the comfort offered by the bedrooms, with three Queen-Size beds and one King-Size bed, promising restful nights.
Each room is individually air-conditioned for optimum comfort.


Outdoors 

Outside, the terraces offer picturesque views over the landscaped garden that you will never tire of.
You'll be delighted to enjoy the heated swimming pool (14 x 4m; 1.5m deep) with family or friends (the pool is secured by an electric roller shutter).
There is also a pool house with a summer kitchen and a fully-equipped gym.
You'll be charmed by the estate's natural, unspoilt setting, a real invitation to relax and unwind.

Note: Pool heating is included in the price except in summer (July/August). The cost of pool heating in July and August is €45/day.


Location

This property enjoys a remarkable setting in the hamlet of Pietra Rossa, in south-west Corsica, between Propriano and Ajaccio. You'll be less than 10 minutes from the nearest beaches and just 3500m from the crystal-clear waters of Porto Pollo. The beaches are 3500 m away.
