Indoors

Tastefully decorated with modern and clear furnitures, the atmosphere of the house is warm. The living room is very bright as there are large doors opening to the terrace. 
The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table, with seating for 8, is right next to it.
The three bedrooms are all ensuite, for more privacy.


Outdoors

The villa offers specacular views over the mountains and the green vegetation.
You can enjoy summer meals such as barbecues under the pergola on the dining table. You can enjoy the Spanish sun on the deckchairs next to the infinity pool.
On the balcony you will find a lounge area with comfortable couchs and a second dining table.


Location

The city center of San Josep is 700 m (3 minutes by car) from the property, and there you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, while the nearest beach, Playa Port des Torrent, is 14 minutes by car (7 km). The capital, Ibiza, is a 15-minute drive (11 km) from Sant Josep de Sa Talaia and has an airport.
