The interior is luxurious with two fully equipped kitchens, two living and dining rooms. You have a wellbeing area with the hammam and the private indoor swimming pool, to relax after a long day under the Greek sun. You also have at your disposal a playroom with billiard, chess and home cinema. You can do some exercice in the gym room of the property.


Outdoors

The spacious garden with its deckchairs is the ideal place to get a tan in tranquility and intimity. You also have an outdoor table to enjoy meals under the sun.


Location

The villa is located at Neos Voutzas sea side suburb of Athens. Visiting the beach is easy and only 700 meters away. The International airport of Athens is 10km away and the port of Rafina that has connection to the most famous Greek islands is a 4km drive.
The nearest medical facility is 6 km and you can find a Supermarket within 1 km. Within 1.5 km you will also find traditional taverns and restaurants.
Athens city is located 33 km by car.


Notes 

The rates are valid for up to 10 people. For any extra person there is an extra charge of 50 Euros per night/per person.
The indoor pool can be heated upon request. 
The pool has normally room temperature though if you need to heat it up to 30 degrees that is the maximum a initial cost of 300 euros is obligatory and then 70 euros per night payable cash at the property.
