La Casa

Villa Dar Mana is idealy located 10 minutes by car from Jemaa el Fna square, the heart of the Medina of Marrakech. The airport and the city centre are very close by.

The villa is surrounded by a private landscaped garden of one hectare with great views of the Atlas mountains.The villa entrance leads onto a traditional courtyard with a whispering fountain. A large lounge with fireplace is the perfect way to spend comfortable evenings in the winter. The adjacent dining room opens through large bay windows onto the terrace overlooking the garden and the pool. The terrace has a lounge and dining area.

The pavilion is close to the house and consists of a large bedroom with a private terrace, a corner living room with fireplace and ensuite bathroom featuring an inground bathtub

The very discreet staff (cook, maid) provide quality service and excellent cuisine.

We had the most fantastic stay at Dar Mana, I absolutely recommend this villa. The quality of the staff, pool, grounds and interior of the property were fantastic. It was a truly luxurious experience.

A big thank you to Mohammed and the rest of the house staff for preparing fantastic food, drinks and helping us with taxis and anything else we needed.

The quality of the food cannot be overstated, our favourite was the Meatball tagine and Morrocan salad.

- The wifi is good when it works, but it sometimes dropped on/off during the day and isn't available in all rooms in the house. If you have to do video calls, then it isn't optimal. It was perfectly fine to browse the internet and answer emails, however.

un emplacement parfait à 10 minutes du centre ville ! La villa est magnifique avec un jardin parfaitement entretenu. La piscine est particulièrement grande .
Un vrai confort dans les chambres avec de très beaux matériaux et la propreté du lieu est remarquable !
La cuisinière a su nous préparer d'excellents repas variés et le petit déjeuner est un vrai régal ! Des produits frais et de qualité avec des saveurs exceptionnelles.
Merci a Sami qui était toujours au petit soin avec nous, on a parfois l'impression qu'il lisait dans nos pensés, il n'a pas cessé de chercher à nous faire plaisir !
Merci à la cuisinière et à la gouvernante qui ont fait de notre séjour un havre de paix en cherchant toujours les petites attentions nous faire plaisir aussi !
En bref une très belle villa avec un service digne d'un 5 étoiles, c'est un sans faute !

C'était mon 4éme séjour avec Villanovo, j'attends avec impatience le 5éme !

une meilleure WIFI serait appréciable mais c'est vraiment le seul petit point !

Omar, Younes, les cuisinières sont supers et attachants. Accueil chaleureux, repas excellents, ils sont d'une gentillesse incroyable. Ils sont au petits soins avec leur hôtes. La maison est typique, top, grande, fonctionnelle et Adaptée pour tout âge. Ma fille de 3 ans et les plus grands se sont régalés. Rien de négatif à dire... Dépaysement et relaxation au rdv. Je conseille fortement.

Mathilde de Villanovo a été d'une efficacité exemplaire. Compétente, Rapide, disponible, on peut lui demander une organisation complète du sejour, il n'y a rien à redire. (activités, excursions, réservations des soins ou restaurant à l'extérieur) PARFAIT !

Je ne vois aucun points négatifs.

Un peu sombre à l'intérieur, peu pratique sans moyen de transport / chauffeur, le matériel autour de la piscine mériterait d'être rafraîchi (parasols, transats).

I booked the villa Dar Mana for a group of 12 friends. I can honestly say we were blown away by the service, location and facilities. It was wonderful being on a trip and not have to worry about anything. We also felt very safe as a group of girls around the villa and getting back and forth as transportation was arranged. The food that was cooked was such great quality that we preferred eating in rather than any of the over priced outdoor restaurants. Fred (Farhad) was excellent and provided the best service, Geeta and the rest of the ladies were also very welcoming and treated us so well over our stay. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

No dislikes - one minor recommendation is to label the coffee vs. Hot water as we all sometimes poured the wrong one into our morning drinks :)

Other than that was PERFECT

Villa stupenda, proprio come ritratta nelle fotografie sul sito. Camere pulite e spaziose, ognuna con il proprio bagno. Staff sempre a disposizione per soddisfare ogni esigenza e accoglierti all’arrivo e ad ogni rientro; abbiamo adorato le colazioni e i pranzi preparati in villa, massima cura nella tavola e piatti buonissimi, meglio della maggior parte dei ristoranti a Marrakech. All’arrivo lo staff ci ha offerto the e torta; check out nel tardo pomeriggio

Alcuni camere hanno enormi vasche da bagno poco funzionali e risultano un po’ buie. Abbiamo trovato qualche animaletto nel bagno, ma è un inconveniente a cui si è pronti immersi nel verde e di cui comunque si è occupato lo staff

A dix minutes du centre ville, la maison est idéalement située, dans un domaine où reigne un calme absolu.
Le personnel est juste exceptionnel !
4 eme villa que nous louons à Marrakech . De loin la mieux située et la plus adaptée.
Encore mille mercis au personnel de cet villa (Abdel, les cuisinières, Ghita, Youssef le chauffeur dédié, les jardiniers...) ils sont absoluement fantastiques !

The service was lovely and the house beautiful. We thought the location was great for getting about. The drivers the house provided were friendly and very helpful.

It was difficult when some of the guests were hungry and we hadn’t ordered to eat. It would be good to have some food always available so that guests could order snacks/light meals during the day if they haven’t booked in lunch. The food we did have was excellent!

Maison très agréable ayant du charme. Grand jardin et grande piscine,bien entretenus , des serviettes de bain à disposition. Ménage fait tous les jours.Le personnel est aimable et discret. Bonne cuisinière.
Calme ,bien située à l'écart de l'agitation de Marrackech mais proche à la fois( 10 mn en voiture,celle-ci étant obligatoire pour se déplacer)
Envie de renouveler ce séjour.

Une salle de bain aurait besoin d'être "rafraîchie" ( chambre étage avec terrasse)
L'ensemble des pièces manque d'éclairage,salon compris.
Bien lire le contrat pour règlement fin de séjour.

It was a very nice villa! The staff were extremely helpful, smiley and flexible and the chef made excellent food, actually the best food we tasted in Marrakech this time! Even better than Beldi country Club!

Very nice garden and swimmingpool. Spacious living area and all the bedrooms very large!

Our Villanovo contact Mathilde, was very helpful!

The villa would benefit from a little bit of refurbishment, mainly painting I would say. Two of the bedrooms downstairs (the one next to the garden and the next door bedroom) smelled sewage. The first mentioned bedroom had cockroaches, they found at least 4! None of the other bedrooms downstairs had any. One of the days it was quite cold, so we asked if they could light the fireplace, so they did. But the wood was not very dry, so it took an awful long time to make the flames stable. They should try to dry the wood a bit more.

Personnel attentif et très gentil, avec une mention spéciale pour l'excellente cuisinière !
Nos meilleurs repas, malgré un choix haut de gamme de restauration dans Marrakech, ont été ceux de la cuisinière de la villa.
Rien à redire sur la maison très confortable.

Mathilde de l'agence a été parfaite !
C'est une personne très sympathique et très à l'écoute des besoins des clients !

Les déplacements en taxi qui constituent un réel budget !

La maison est magnifique. Très spacieuse.
Mais quand le temps est mauvais, beaucoup de courants d'air pour passer de la salle à manger/salon aux chambres. A ne pas recommander à la mauvaise saison.

Comme déjà signalé, il est désagréable de recevoir de Villanovo des rappels pour des sommes déjà payées. De surcroît avec menace d'annulation du séjour.
Pour le reste, nous avons apprécié la souplesse, notamment pour le check out, et la qualité des contacts par téléphone.
Nous trouvons regrettable que choisissant de voyager avec des bébés, des suppléments soient comptés pour berceaux ou chaise d'enfants.
Par ailleurs, nous tenons à signaler que la responsable sur place, une jeune dame qui nous a rendu visite, nous a demandé 2 jours de "préchauffage de la piscine" (100 euros) , ce qui n'était pas convenu et que nous n'avons pas payé.

Quelques soucis de robinetterie! Notamment dans le studio qui était mal chauffé.

The villa itself was beautiful, located only 5 minutes from the airport, so very convenient. Around 10/15 minutes from the city centre. Very peaceful and felt very safe in the house/garden. Lovely pool and great decor in the house. Very clean. Very spacious house and big bedrooms with own bathrooms. Ideal if you were staying with other families. Staff lovely and very friendly.

One member of the Villanovo team helped with knowledge of the local area, best villa to suit our needs etc.

Having to get a taxi everywhere and being over charged for them. Heating of the pool seemed very expensive at 350 euros per week. Not worth doing, as the pool didn't even seem warm!

La piscine, les salles de bains.

Je souhaitais vous remercier pour l'organisation et l'accueil lors de notre séjour à Marrakech.
Tout était parfait : la villa, les activités, hadija et Soufiane. Surtout ne changez rien.

Bravo ! Et un grand merci. Je me souviendrai pendant très longtemps de mes 30 ans.

Remarque : Un gros problème au départ : le Riad que j'avais réservé au mois d'octobre n'a pas été bloqué par villanovo. Je n'ai donc pas pu y aller.
Par contre, la réaction face à ce problème a été excellente. On m'a tout de suite proposé une villa. Même si j'ai été très déçue au départ (voire énervée) je pense qu'il faut reconnaître que l'erreur humaine est possible et que l'essentiel est de faire son possible pour la rattraper. Et c'est ce qui a été fait.

Great chef, food and cooking, lovely villa layout. Very willing and obliging butler.

Constant need for taxis to do anything outside the villa grounds. Also felt the staff could have helped with getting us the right price with their choices of taxis instead of calling their contacts and then leaving us to negotiate.
Poor TV channel choice
Sharing the (already extremely slow) wi-fi with the staff. Our businesses suffered because we could not get online except after midnight or very early morning. At this price there should be either broadband or satellite.
Not really being allowed to use the kitchen to make snacks for ourselves.
The guest house is not up to the same standard as the rest of the house.

Bruit avoisinant certaines nuits (musique, alarme), serviettes non changées pendant le sejour.
Suggestions : créer un coin d ombre pour prendre le déjeuner à l extérieur le midi. Créer une douche extérieure

Endroit paradisiaque, accueil très chaleureux avec une mention particulière pour Achraf qui a été aux petits soins pour nous pendant tout notre séjour. Les repas préparés par les cuisinières étaient un délice... Bref, rien à redire, tout était parfait!

La villa est magnifique, propre bien entretenue.
Issam en charge du service sur place est l'un des points forts de cette villa ! il a un sens du service extremement poussé , il a eu tout bon sur le week end !!
Piscine magnifique , grande et chauffée.
Bref un vrai coin de paradis !

Maison située dans le sud de Marrakech sur la route d'amizmiz. situation excellente pour se rendre en 10mn a la Kasbah, place Jamah el Fna, Gueliz…
Proximite immédiate d'un ter bon golf. En été parc Oaziria qui touche la villa.
Et plusieurs hôtels sympa a proximité (Selman hôtel avec la plus grande piscine du Maroc)
Centre equestre en face de la villa.
Et la route D'amizmiz permet de se rendre dans la vallée de l'Ourika immédiatement ainsi qu'au parc Terres D'armanar pour les enfants.
L'aeroport est a 5mn.

La maison en elle meme est extrêmement fonctionnelle, avec un jardin superbe et une piscine constamment exposée.
Le jardinier homme de maison est tirs présent pour tt problème, et les equipes de cuisinières vraiment aux petits soins.
Formule en Demi pension ou pension complete sur place.

Sinon le carrefour est a 10mn en voiture.
Wifi sur place.

Douches spacieuse, dont une chambre avec une baignoire gigantesque pour le plaisir des enfants.

Rien a déplorer réellement.
Villa neuve et superbement entretenue.
