Indoors 

The house has 8 bedrooms: one bedroom on the ground floor, 4 on the first floor, 3 on the second floor and 9 bathrooms in total. The Moroccan-style living room and dining room are joined together. In the lounge, a bar and a multi-room sound system are available to guests. The property is fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is also equipped with a bean and capsule coffee machine. The riad offers a wellness area equipped with a Spa with a massage room, sauna, hammam, and emotional shower. Also available in the wellness center, Turkish bath, hairdresser and beautician.


Outdoors​ 

On the ground floor, the jacuzzi is integrated into the swimming pool of 6 x 2.5 meters (minimum depth 0.8 meters / maximum 1.6 meters) is heated and is located in the patio in the center of the property. The roof terrace offers plenty of space to meet. It is equipped with a bar and a charcoal barbecue.


Staff & Services

The house staff live on site and are at your service during your stay. The team is made up of a housekeeper and a cook. Breakfast is included in the price of the night, as well as daily and end-of-stay cleaning.

The riad is very close to the Medersa Ben Houssef. The nearest airport is 10 km away.
