The riad offers five bedrooms, including one on the ground floor accessible directly from the patio, three on the first floor, and one on the second floor with privileged access to the terrace.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 5
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace.


Indoors 

The interiors are distinguished by their harmony and warmth. The décor, designed by the owners' daughter and inspired by Studio KO, combines natural materials, earthenware and Moroccan designer furniture to create a refined atmosphere.
On the ground floor, you will find a TV lounge with a fireplace and library, a cosy dining room, and a second lounge opening onto the patio for moments of relaxation. 


Outdoors 

The heart of the house revolves around a bright patio featuring a wall fountain. Upstairs, three terraces on two levels invite you to enjoy the sun: outdoor dining area, lounge areas, superb views of the medina and the Koutoubia, and a pool (6 x 1.2m - depth: 1m) perfect for cooling off. These outdoor spaces offer privacy, conviviality and relaxation, perfect for savouring the gentle lifestyle of Marrakech.


Staff & Services

The riad benefits from the daily services of a housekeeper/cook.

Breakfast is included in the price.

For your other meals, two catering options are available:

• "À la carte" Formula: You don't have to worry about shopping for ingredients, as we take care of that for you:
  • Lunch: from €25 per person per meal,
  • Dinner: from €30 per person per meal.
     
• "En liberté" Formula : You pay for the groceries. The house staff will then do the shopping and cook with the ingredients purchased. Cook's fee: €30/day.
