Indoors 

The flat is on the 4th floor of the newly renovated "Le Phoenix" residence. It is designed around a vast living space, with the lounge, dining room and modern kitchen sharing the space harmoniously. The interior, decorated in a relaxed Scandinavian chic style, inspires calm and relaxation after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster, as well as a washing machine for added convenience. Thanks to its large windows, the room is bathed in natural light, accentuating the feeling of space and comfort. The flat has four cosy bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and a separate shower room. Each bedroom is spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a restful night's sleep after a busy day.


Outdoors 

Just beyond the living area, you'll find a south-facing balcony that offers stunning views over the natural lake of Tignes and the magnificent mountains of Tovière and Grande Motte. Sit back and breathe in the fresh mountain air while admiring the breathtaking views and winter landscape.


Staff & Services

The team at "Winter is Coming" will do everything they can to make your stay a perfect one. On arrival, you will be welcomed at the agency and find your flat ready for you, with beds made and bathroom products provided. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen) is provided, and a regular cleaning service can be arranged on request (at an additional cost). A ski locker, boot warmer and Wi-Fi connection are also included.


Location

The flat is in a fantastic location in Tignes le Lac, right in the heart of the resort. You are 170 metres from the centre and just 140 metres from the slopes and the Palafour lift. The ski school is literally at the foot of the residence. You'll also be close to all the amenities, shops and restaurants. In addition to the exceptional Tignes-Val-d'Isère ski area, Tignes offers a multitude of varied activities, including ice diving, ski-jöering, dog sledding and ice karting, providing an unforgettable experience whether you are alone, with family or friends.
